Level Membership

As a member, we provide complete access to our research reports including detailed analysis, vendor profiles as well as individual transactions which shape the reports. Level members also receive a one on one review of our research as it becomes available. We ask members to participate in our Pricing and Negotiation Studies. Participation is anonymous and 100% confidential. The one on one interview typically takes 20-25 minutes to complete. 

In addition, Level Members have unlimited Deal Reviews and Negotiation Strategy Discussions. There are no transaction fees, regardless of saving generated through our Deal Review and Benchmark program. So, as a Level Member, when your vendor presents you with a Proposal, we will review it and compare it to your peer’s recent transactions. If there are savings opportunities, we’ll not only point them out for you, but discretely help you with methods your peers have used to get the best deal. Either we factually validate that your pricing is highly competitive with your peers pricing or we factually validate that there is more room to negotiate and help you achieve better pricing on this or future transactions.

Finally, Level Members are eligible to engage us on a Time and Materials basis for Custom Research. While we systematically cover primary purchases on storage and servers; clients often need additional insight into products that aren't currently covered by Level Negotiations. So, we offer the ability to “customize” your own research product on a specific product. Examples of studies that have been created for other clients include: Red Hat negotiations, VMware Professional Service negotiations, and Reverse Auction Best Practices.
